Lion N R Parameswaran is the member of Lions Club of Turbhe since 1994. During his illustrious carrer spanning over THREE decades, he  served the district as a District PRO, District Cabinet Treasurer, District Chairman Activity, District Chairman CSR  and other cabinet posts.

He has received the Multiple Awards 4 Times, the International President Commendation Certificate 9 times and International Presidents Leadership Medallion 2 times.

He created a record as DC Activity with a Unique Launch of the Service week with a Rally of more than 5000 participants and a Finale Day with a Fashion Show on Gandhian Theme . 

As District Chairman over the years he was instrumental in :

-              Distribution of Diapers more than INR 2 Crore . 

-              Screening of the Motivational Movie “I Am Kalam” to more than 3 lacs school students . 

-              Setting up of Check Dams and Vision Centres .

-              Organised Employment Fair for more than 2000 Physically Challenged youth for employment.

-              Signed 3 Service Agreements with International Dignitaries.

On the Professional front he is a Chartered Accountant and a Business Continuity and Disaster Management specialist from, USA and Singapore.

He is a Director in Mastermind Financial Services Pvt Ltd, a company providing strategic financial advisory services.

On the Social front :

-              Holds a Honarary Doctorate in Social Service 

-              President & Trustee of South Indian Welfare Association.

-              Chairman Of Janakalyan Sevashram, Panvel , a home for 100 Destitute Senior citizen & Children.

-              Treasurer in the  Development Committee - ISKCON, Kharghar executing a 150 crore project.

-              Trustee in Lions Hospital , Koparkhairane .
